Room prices all include a good continental breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, a selection of cheeses, yoghurts, croissants, bread, butter, jams and honey, cereals, coffee and a selection of teas, presunto and fruit. They also include wifi and the free use of the Quinta’s canoes and SUPs, the Sauna and the Yoga Shala.
Every room price is calculated as being for two people unless otherwise stated. Extra beds on top of this are 30 euros at any time of year, (not including cots), and this price is excluded from any special offers that may be promoted from time to time.
If a bedroom has a double bed and an extra bed as standard, (for example Pesca Peixe), the extra bed is only charged if it is filled by a third person. A bunk bed filled by two children counts as two extra beds; with just a single child it counts as one.
The Quinta has eight double en-suite rooms and two Family Suites. Of the two Family Suites, the first option is Andorinha, the Quinta’s most spacious double, and its attendant very small room, (when we say small we mean miniscule - it’s big enough for the bunk bed and nohing else!).
This option is ideal for those with younger families as one can shut the door of the private terrace outside and have privacy as well as heightened security for toddlers.
The second option is the two rooms Javali and Borboleta, which interlink through a shared bathroom; these two rooms are larger than our normal double or twin rooms and the bathroom is again larger with both a bath and a separate shower. It also has Disabled Facilities.
Javali has a large double "zipper-link" bed while Borboleta has three single beds. Thus these two rooms can cater for a family or have five single beds, and they're ideal for a group of friends or families with older children.
Lunch is 17 per adult, 11 for children 14 or younger and children 3 and younger no charge.
Dinner is 25 per adult, 17 for children 14 or younger and children 3 and younger no charge.
For those not wanting to eat here, the nearest restaurants are in Saboia (16 kms), Nave Redonda, (30 kms), and Boavista das Pinheiros, (45 kms).

Minimum Stay, Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Our minimum stay is two nights apart from during August when this is increased to four. In some circumstances we can accept two-night resevations, so if this is your wish it's a good idea to give us a call.
A deposit equivalent to the total of the first two nights of any stay is required to confirm a reservation. Cancellations forfeit this deposit. The full payment for all accommodation is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival and cancellations forfeit this payment unless other reservations can be procured. Having said that, we are obviously flexible where Covid-19 is involved, so give us a call or send an email for the latest updates if you're at all worried regarding your Deposit.
Whilst making every effort to satisfy our guests wishes as regards individual rooms booked at the Quinta, to facilitate the running of the establishment we reserve the right to upgrade or move bookings to an equivalent room at no extra charge.
We accept animals at the Quinta provided that their owners take full responsibility for their behaviour and any damage caused by their charge. The Quinta has several dogs and other animals who live here including Uncle Harry the parrot, and damage to any of these is included in the above.
Please note that it is a legal stipulation that no animals are allowed inside our dining or drawing room. They are allowed inside the bedrooms, but not on the furniture or beds.
